Hi, I've been pos since the middle eighties and when I first found out about it I stopped relationships period. Hurt me very bad, I thought it was over.I went for a long time with-out getting close to any one. Then I started learning about hiv and I seen that it can be helped and you can have a real life. I dont do drugs or drink any more. I eat healthy and exercise as much as I can and life now is a HELL of alot better. PLO, Steve
